Money-Back Guarantee

Here at Hubb’s Farm, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you come out to our farm and decide this is not the place for you, within a reasonable time after arrival, you can change your mind and leave. We will refund 100% of the ticket price. If you stay until the end of the day and feel that it was not worth your time, we will refund 50% of the ticket price. To receive the refund, we ask that you take the time to speak with an owner and document your experience to help us improve.

Ticket Swap or Upgrade

If you would like to switch to another ticket within a reasonable time upon arrival, we will upgrade your ticket or refund you the difference. We will help “fit” you with the ticket(s) that best suit you and your family.

Safety First

We are proud that we go above and beyond to make sure that our farm is safe. If you experience an unsafe activity or see conditions that see less than safe, please bring it to our attention so that we can address it immediately. After a thorough evaluation, we will take any actions necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Cleanliness

We take pride in the fact that our farm is one of the cleanest and well-kept farm venues anywhere. Please bring to our attention any unclean areas that you see at our farm. Once the area is evaluated, we will take action to improve the conditions.

Friendly, Polite Staff

Our staff is our greatest asset. At all times, we want our customers to feel respected and valued. Please bring to our attention if, at any time, a staff has made you feel any less. After refunding you 100% of your ticket price, we will evaluate the situation and take whatever actions are necessary to ensure that the situation does not happen again.

Trained Staff

We’re offer our staff thorough, on-the-job training. We provide mentoring to new staff and try to make sure all staff are appropriately trained for their position. We employ individuals with various backgrounds, including students, teachers, first responders, contractors, farmers, retirees, and more. We feel this allows for a great experience for each and every visitor to our farm.
