Hubb’s Farm is a family business, and we love welcoming other families to enjoy time here. If our customers aren’t happy, we’re not happy… Period.

That’s why we offer the Hubb’s Farm Peace of Mind Guarantee. We want to make sure every visitor has a great experience. If that doesn’t happen, no matter what the reason, we promise to make it right.

If you come out to Hubb’s Farm, look around a bit, and decide this is not the place for you, let us know and we’ll refund your ticket price. If you stay all day and still don’t think the experience was worth the price, we’ll refund 50 percent. In the event that you have any problem in your interactions with a member of our staff, we will refund 100 percent of your ticket price and evaluate the situation to make sure it does not occur again. All we ask is that you speak with John or Tammy Peterson and let us know exactly why you are unhappy so we can improve.

Countless hours have been spent trying to “get it right,” and we believe we have one of the cleanest, safest and best-run agritourism destinations you’ll find. But as the Lowe’s tagline goes, we “never stop improving.”  We always want to hear your thoughts and do anything we can to make Hubb’s Farm better.

We will do everything we can to build a long-term relationship with you and your family, built on service and integrity. While we are human and may make a mistake from time to time, we are always willing to accept feedback and do what we need to  improve so that we can be a venue you’ll be proud to visit and recommend to others.
